The marine grade, 100% polyester fabric used throughout the cab comes in two different colors so you can truly inject some of your personal style. The fabric has stay-true long lasting colors and a stabilized fit of less than 1% stretch or shrinkage so it will stay looking like it was just installed for seasons to come with the proper care. The material is water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, UV and mildew resistant, for a tough, durable enclosure option. The side windows and rear window is made using Aqua-View Smoked vinyl, which gives you a clear, unobstructed view that isn't easily matched. The doors, and optional zipper options, open and close using YKK zippers. These zippers aren't only made using state-of-the art injection methods, but they offer a crosswise strength that is unmatched in the industry. Attached to the strongest cord and tape, these zippers can hold up to frequent use. Holding the entire enclosure together is marine sewing thread, which is made from heat resistant, high tenacity, continuous multifilament polyester yarns, providing a durable, long lasting hold.
The windshield included with the cab enclosure is made from ¼” Lexan, which is stronger than the 3/16” material used in many other windshields. With the two piece design, the windshield is versatile, making it perfect for every season. Since the windshield installs using quick connect clamps, you can take the bottom or top piece off individually from each other. This allows you to get the amount of airflow that you want at any time. The great qualities don't stop there! GCL made this enclosure with modular technology, which means you can take the doors, top and rear window off at any time, individually from each other. Which means, if you want an open cab feeling, you can either roll the doors back and secure them or simply take them off completely, leaving the windshield, top and rear window on. Decide you don't want the rear window on to? Simply take it off, leaving you with a windshield and top. The possibilities are numerous.
